BraeBurn Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time Men’s Locker Room Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to members and guests.
Job Duties: - Perform opening duties as assigned by manager
- Maintain excellent FB service standards as outlined
- Greet all members by name upon arrival and acknowledge all guests
- Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Fill glasses with ice water; answer questions and suggest menu items
- Take members’ and guests’ orders
- Place orders with kitchen, inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
- Assemble food on trays; procures items from each station as necessary
- Serve meals; places dishes by courses in front of each person
- Check back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenish water and cocktails as necessary
- Remove soiled/ empty dishes from table immediately
- Suggest and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks
- Make certain members get charged appropriately for their consumption
- Keep tables, dining room, bar area and bus station areas clean
- Keep Coffee and beverage station clean and stocked up at all times
- Keep storage rooms clean stocked and organized at all times
- Maintain proper knowledge of product, up selling where applicable. When possible, know which Members and guests are on the course by consulting tee sheet
- Communicate with MLR supervisor when special products are needed or there are any problems with food quality or presentation.
- Notify Supervisor of Member / Guest complaints at the time they occur. Practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible.
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
- Be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
- Prior club experience preferred.
- Able to work both weekdays, weekends & Holidays - shifts run from early/late morning to late afternoon/early evening depending on schedule needs.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Tabc Licence
- Food Handlers certification
- Good oral communication skills
