Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Retrieve, organize, and store digital and physical records.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with generating reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (X words per minute preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
