  • Construction Superintendent
  • Requires out of state jobsite supervision at times
  • Preserve the trust of our established clients from over 50+ years of being in business
  • Manage all phases of Commercial renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, & quality standards
  • Direct and supervise daily on-site activities, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
  • Perform hands-on carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work, as needed during the renovation process
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct routine on site visits to assess progress & quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the job site, conducting safety meetings and inspections as necessary
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to keep projects on track
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, incident reports, and change orders
  • Plan and coordinate travel to various job sites as needed to oversee project execution and ensure consistency across multiple locations

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Construction Superintendent Experience
  • 5+ Years of Commercial carpentry experience
  • Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

  • At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
  • Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
  • Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
