What Youll Do:

Youll handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Roof Repairs:
  • Replacing missing shingles
  • Diagnosing and repairing leaks
  • Replacing small roof sections and pipe collars
  • Installing ridge vents and flashing repairs
• Siding Repairs:
  • Replacing and repairing damaged siding and soffits
• Gutter Repairs:
  • Cleaning and repairing gutters
  • Installing gutter guards
• Windows & Doors:
  • Repairing window and door hardware
  • Capping doors, windows, and fascia
  • Operating a brake for precision work
• Customer Service & Estimates:
  • Writing detailed estimates
  • Communicating effectively with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Assess customers needs for potential sales opportunities

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking candidates with:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing, siding, window, and door installation, repair, and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A self-motivated mindset with attention to detail
• Confidence to perform tasks independently
• Excellent customer service skills

Required Skills:

• Leak detection and resolution
• Proficiency in the use of power tools and operating a brake
• Confidence to assess tasks on-site and communicate solutions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
